Given, volume = 25 ml = 25 cm3
Weight of the solution displaced = upthrust = Loss in weight
Thus, upthrust = 15 gf
or, Volume of the solid immersed x density of solution x acceleration due to gravity = 15g
or 25 x d x g = 15 gf
or, d = 0.6 g/cm3
