Normality of oxalic acid solution having 6.3 gm in 250 ml volume

= 1000/250x 6.3/126 N = 0.2 N    [ equivalent wt of oxalic acid = 126 ]

So,  N1V1 =N2V2
0.1 xV1 = 0.2x250
so V1 = 0.2x250/.1= 500 ml
