an aqueous solution of 6.3g of oxalic acid dehydrate is made up of 250ml. the volume of 0.1N NaoH required to completely neutralize 10ml. of this solution is.

Normality of oxalic acid solution having 6.3 gm in 250 ml volume


= 1000/250x 6.3/126 N = 0.2 N    [ equivalent wt of oxalic acid = 126 ]


So,  N1V1 =N2V2
0.1 xV1 = 0.2x250
so V1 = 0.2x250/.1= 500 ml
