after tubectomy in females and vasectomy in males what happens to the sperm and the ova that is being produced. where will it go. won't the ovary and the testes bust if such accumulation takes place

Dear student,
After tubectomy, when the sperm travels down the vas deferens, they are blocked from going to their normal destination and are re-absorbed into the body, or excreted out as waste. Similarly after tubectomy also, the ova would be reabsorbed by the body.
