Equal distances in equal time intervals implies uniform circular motion. Since only direction of velocity changes, the acceleration responsible is called cetripetal acceleration is always constant and directed towards centre.
So the graph is a straight line parallel to the time axis. And the acceleration ordinate intercept gives the value of constant centripetal acceleration in the uniform circular motion.
