Assuming that you meant the last third part of the journey with speed w.
 
Lets assume that the total distance covered by the body be S.
 
Now time taken to cover first 1/3rd distance = S/3u
 
Time taken to cover second 1/3rd distance = S/3v
 
Time taken to cover third 1/3rd distance = S/3w
 
Average speed = Total Distance Covered/ Total time taken
 
vavg. = S/(S/3u + S/3v + S/3w)
        = 1/[(vw+uw+uv)/3uvw]
        = 3uvw/(vw+uw+uv)
