A sphere of radius 12 cm is melted and recasted into a cylinder of radius 6 cm. Find the height of the recasted cylinder.

Given: Radius of the base of the cylinder (r) = 6 cm

Radius of the sphere (R) = 12 cm

Let h = height of the cylinder

Sphere is melted and recasted into a cylinder.

Therefore, Volume of cylinder = Volume of sphere
