The (1,3) has higher y coordinate than (-4,1).
So the height of the right angled triangle is a line parallel to y axis and passes through coordinate 1 on x axis, the equation is, x = 1,
Similarly the base line is parallel to x axis and passes through y = 1, the equation of the base line is, y = 1.
With similar arguments, another set of possible equations is x = -4 for height and y = 3 for base.
