Electric field due  the capacitor is given by   E=(σ/ε0) n cap.

 

Now force  on the conductor is force= sigma multiply by average electric field.

so force =(1/2 multiply byσ/ε0) multiply by σ2. n cap.

now if we introcude the dieletric "k", then ε0 will multiply by "k" in above equation.
