A Miopic person,while watching a 3D movie,puts 3D polaroid goggles in front of his concave glasses.does it cause any harm to the person's eye? should he see the movie without his concave spectacles?

No, a combination of 3D polaroid goggles and concave lenses works just fine for a myopic person. It does not cause any harm to his eyes.
