A doctor advises a bone patient to include more of milk in his diet. Why so?

For healthy bones, milk is an essential diet. Calcium is the element present in milk which is very effective for bones. Including milk in diet or having one or two glasses of milk provides more calcium. Therefore, the doctor advised the bone patient to include milk in diet.
