A circular wire of radius 7 cm is cut and bent again into an arc of a cicle of radius 12 cm. the angle subtended by the arc at the centre is:-

So, the length of the arc = circumference of the wire with radius 7 cm = 2pi*7 = 14pi cm

radius of the arc = 12 cm

 

Hence, length of arc = angle/360 * 2pi(radius)

14pi = angle/360 *2*pi*12

angle = 210 degree
