A child drops a ball from a height of 10m. Assume that its velocity increases uniformly at the rate of 10m/s2. Find the velocity with which 1-velocity with which the ball strikes the ground. 2-Time taken by the ball to reach the ground

Use v2=u2+2as
 
v2=0+2 * 10* 10
 
v= 10 ?2 m/s
 
Then use V=u+at
 
10?2=0+10* t
 
t= ?2 sec.
