According to Newton's Law:
we know that F= ma
i.e F = mg
         where g is the acceleration due to gravity.
Hence the Force,F =m × g 
Given that mass of the shirt m = 150 g = 0.150 kg
we know that g =9.8 m/s2
Therefore F = 0.150 × 9.8 
                 = 1.47 N
