Out of 90 discs, in the box, one disc can be drawn in 90 ways.
Therefore, total number of elementary events = 90
From numbers 10 to 90, there are 81 two digit numbers. 
Number of Favourable elementary events = number of two digit numbers between 1 to 90
That is n(E)=81     
Hence required probability
