Dear Student,
A small force applied at narrow opening cover will create a change in pressure in all the directions.
This is in accordance with Pascal's law. The small force applied at narrow opening will appear as large force along all the directions, thereby transmitting equal changes in pressure in all the directions.
This large force transmited in all directions may result in the breaking of the bottle full of the liquid.
