Given that the body is thrown up with initial velocity , u = 52 m/s
it passes twice a point of height h in t= 10 sec.
Therefore :
As it passes twice a point of height H , we can write S =2 h = 20 m
2 h = 20 m
h = 10 m
The height h= 10 m
