If a body is executing uniform circular motion then that must be under the influence of some force . This force can be anything like if we rotating a stone bound with a string. Then tension in the string is providing the centripetal force speed of the body may remain same. So if a body is executing uniform circular motion then there must be a force which will provide centripetal acceleration
