Expert Answer
Let a bag contains 5x coins of Rs. 1, 6x coin of Rs. 2 and 7x coins of Rs. 5.
According to the question,
5x + 6x + 7x = 90
18x = 90
x = 5
Hence,
Coins of Rs. 1 = 5x = 25
Coins of Rs. 2 = 6x = 30
Coins of Rs. 5 = 7x = 35
Amount of money in a bag = 25 × 1 + 30 × 2 + 35 × 5 = Rs. 260.
