Starting in the bottom left corner and going around the loop clockwise gives:

(b) Starting in the bottom right corner and going around the loop counter-clockwise gives:
Solving for I2 gives:
 
(c) For a battery the simplest thing to do is to apply P = VI. For this battery the current is 0.2 A, so the power is P = 5 (0.2) = 1 W.
