Expert Answer
Both ways are write.
5x + 10y = 275 can be written as
5x + 10y - 275 = 0 or 5x + 10y + (-275) = 0
Ultimately it will mean the same. If you would compare these equations with equation in general form, you will have: a = 5, b = 10 and c = -275
However, while dealing with pair linear equations or while finding solutions or making graph, it would be better if you write the equation in the following way:
5x + 10y - 275 = 0
