Please raise only one oquestion in a query.
Solution of your first question is
If the APs have same common difference then the difference in any of their respective terms will be equal to difference in the first terms
i.e a+(n-1)d- [a'+(n-1d)]= a-a'
So the difference in 10th terms = difference in 30th term =-5
Hope it clears your doubt
