The electric field due to charge q1 at midpoint will be:
E1 = (k.q1)/(0.05) towrads the other charge.
and due to other charge it is:
E2 = (k.q2)/(0.05) towards the other charge.
Thus they are opposite to each other
thus net field
E = E2-E1 towards charge q1 (because q2>q1)
E = k(0.2)/0.05
