I = 10 A
t =1 h = 60 x 60 = 3600 s
 
I = Q/t
Thus, 
Q = I x t 
Q = 10 x 3600 = 36000 C 
 
Thus, no. of electrons crossing area of cross section per second is 
Q = ne 
 
n = Q/e = 36000/(1.6 x 10-19) = 22.5 x 1022
