1/4 of the number of kelly's buttons equalto1/3 of the number of Megna's buttons. The difference in the number of buttons they have is 1/8 of the number of jeny's button.if jenny has 160 buttons, how many buttons do kelly and Megan have altogether

Let the number of Kelly's buttons = x and
the number of Megna's buttons = y
According to the conditions,

x - y = 20 ....(ii)....(
)

Solve equation (i) and (ii) simulataneously, we get
x = 80 and y = 60
