To secure a place at the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), an all-new entrance exam 'National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Undergraduate Courses (NEET-UG)' will be conducted replacing the current all-India entrance test.
The test has been finalised by the Medical Council of India and will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education
(CBSE) from the year 2013.
Along with the test, the students have to undergo certain evaluation relating to physical fitness and psychological approach for the desired fields. The candidates clearing NEET are required to pass through the evaluation criteria as well to get admitted in AFMC.
