The electrostatics force between two charges is given by Coulomb's law. According to it

F = (1/4??0)(q1 q2 / r2)

For distance between two charges, r = 1 m,

The electrostatics force between these charges, F = 9 x 109 x q1 x q2 newton

Thus the strength and the direction of the electric force between the two chages will depend on the magnitude of their chagres.
