what is the difference between loudness and intensity; tone and note.

Tones are the sounds that we receive individually -- pitches.It is quality or character of sound.
 
Notes are those pitches with names.Note is a sign or character used to represent a tone, its position and form indicating the pitch and duration of the tone.
 
Sound loudness is a subjective term describing the strength of the ear's perception of a sound.
Sound intensity is defined as the sound power per unit area. The usual context is the measurement of sound intensity in the air at a listener's location.
