    in this question i have not undestood how the relation
    is transtitive, because in the given relation R there is

 R = {(1, 2), (2, 2), (1, 1), (4, 4), (1, 3), (3, 3), (3, 2)}
It is seen that (1,1) , (2,2) , (,3) , (4,4) belongs to R .
Thus R is reflexive.
It is seen that (1, 2) is in R, but (2, 1) is not in R.
Thus R is not symmetric.
Also, it is observed that (1,3), (3,2) is in R and (1,2) is also in R .
Thus R is transitive.
Hence, R is reflexive and transitive but not symmetric.
The correct answer is B.
