how can we make mole concept easier to learn or understand

For an atom,

1 mole = Gram atomic mass of atom = 6.022 x 1023 atoms

For a molecule,

1 mole = Gram molecular mass of molecule = 6.022 x 1023 molecules

i.e. In terms of mass,

 

In terms of volume,

1 mole = 22.4 L of a gas at NTP

6.022 X 1023 is actually called the Avogadro number or Avogadro constant (represented by NA or NO) in honour of Italian scientist Amadeo Avogadro.
