Does the Joules Law of heating is different in Series Combination and Parallel Combination ? Explain.

Joules law of heating is same for all types of combination.
in Parallel combination the potential difference accross each branch is same in the circuit where as in series circuit the current is same across each resistor.
Thus for calculating the heating done in case of serial circuit is calculated by I2Rt and for parallel circuit the heat produced is calculated by V2/R t thus the law is same and valid in both the cases but just the current through the resistor changes
