according to newton's law everything in this universe attracts everything with same force.it means attractraction force is same in all objects then why attraction force in magnets is more than the attraction force in other bodies.does it cause the faiure of newton's law?

Newtons law is for gravitation, i.e. the attraction between the bodies due to their mases.
 
whereas in magnets the attraction is due to entirely different reason. it comes under magnetism.
 
They cannot be compared to one another.
