A wire of 12ohm is converted to a regular hexagon. A cell of 10 potential is connected across two consecutive edges of hexagon. Find current and voltage drop across each side of hexagon.

AS the total resistance of the wire is 12 ohm and this is divided into 6 sides to form a hexagon. this means the resistance of each side is 2 ohm.
 
If a cell of 10 potential is connected across two consecutive edges of hexagon, then the current through each side will be (10/2) = 5 A and voltage drop across each side will be 10 V only.
