1.why is the air coming out of the tyres of a car cooler than the surrounding air?

Air coming out of tyres of the car undergoes adiabatic expansion, which results in loss of energy.
Hence the temperature of air is lesser & feels cooler than the air inside the tyre held at high pressure.
