what do you mean by phenotypic ratio?

It refers to the ratio of the offspring's phenotype (physical appearance)
For example - On crossing a homozygous dominant pea plant (TT) with a homozygous recessive pea plant (tt), 3:1 ratio of tall to short pea plants is obtained in the first filial generation.
