Monohybrid means a hybrid produced from a monohybrid cross. Monohybrid cross is a cross between parents differing in only one trait or in which only one trait is being considered. (So these parents have different alleles for a single gene locus of interest.)

Dihybrid refers to the offspring of a dihybrid cross, i.e. a genetic cross of two individuals that differ in two traits of particular interest. (So here two gene loci are involved, each with two different alleles.)
