As we know that 
 
where H is heat ,I is the current ,R is the resistance and t is the time.
and from the equation we know that heat is directly proportional to resistance .
Therefore sample C will be suitable for heating elements of electrical appliances as sample C has high Resistivity in comparision with other two sample.
