Sir kindly explain, me what is a virtual object ?

A virtual object is usually associated with optical systems where you have more than mirror and or lens in the system.

For example the first mirror/lens is used to produce a virtual image of a real object.

This virtual image is then used as the virtual object for the second mirror/lens.
