sinx+cosx=0 where x lies in the 4 quadrant find the values of sinx and cosx

sinx + cosx = 0
sin x = - cos x
tan x= -1

Since, x lies in 4th quadrant
so x = -pi/4

Hence, sin x = - 1/sqrt(2) and cos x = 1/sqrt(2)
