Our teacher told that ONLY inert/noble gases (He,Ne,Ar,Krypton and Xenon) exist independently. but in video it was told that iron, uranium, Cu also exist independently..........plzz explain this and tell that do ALL metals exist independently?

Like wise Noble gases, all the metals are monoatomic, i.e. they exist as individual. For example, iron occurs as Fe, etc.
