In a spontaneous reaction delta G is negative which means that energy loses then why the entropy increases?

Yes when the value of  ?G is negative, the energy is releases or exothermic process occur. This released energy causes the increase in entropy. 
A positive ?S denotes an increase in entropy on going from reactants to products, while a negative sign is associated with a decrease in entropy.
We can also define entropy as follows:

Entropy measures the spontaneous dispersal of energy: how much energy is spread out in a process, or how widelyspread out it becomes — at a specific temperature.
