In a set of H like atoms , There are few atoms which are in ground state and the rest in an unknown excited state.. Now all these atoms absorb 4ev energy and excite into an higher excited state. Now on De-excitation , A maximum of 15 spectral lines are seen. There an interesting fact is observed that A few Spectral lines had energy exactly = 4ev,few less than 4ev ,and few more than 4ev then --- FIND THE POSSIBLE IONIZATION ENERGY OF UNKNOWN H like atom ??
