if a copper wire carries a direct current,the magnetic field asssociated with the current is and why?

the magnetic field asssociated with the current is=
where, I is current, r=distance of the point from the wire, rest is constant.
The magnetic field around the conductor will be circular around the wire.The magnetic field lines aill be concentric circles.
Inside the wire there will not be any magnetic field.
