The best way is to practice more and more, you will automatically remember the identities and the trigo table.
The second and third identity which we study are similar. Remember one, the second one will be taken care of.
As far as trigo tables are concerned, just remember the sine values of all angles.
sin 0 = 0
sin 30 = 1/2
sin 45 = 1/root 2
sin 60 = root 3/2
sin 90 = 1
 
The cosine values are the opposite as mentioned below:
sin 0 = 0 = cos 90
sin 30 = 1/2 = cos 60
sin 45 = 1/root 2 = cos 45
sin 60 = root 3/2 = cos 30
sin 90 = 1 = cos 0
 
For finding tan values, simply take ratio sin/cos.
