Let P(0,y) be the required point. Let A (5, -2), B (-3, 2) be the given points. Then PA^2 = PB^2 (0-5)^2 + (y+2)^2= (0+3)^2 + (y-2)^2 On solving, we get, y=-2. Thus, the required point is (0, -2).
