Could you explain what an improper subset is??

A subset consisting of all elements of a given set is called an improper subset.
 

For example:

Set A: {1, 2, 3, 4, 5}

Set B: {1, 2, 3, 4, 5}

Set B is an improper subset of Set A and vice versa.
