the basic property of  any function f(x)to be even is that
f(-x)= f(x)
and for any odd function f(x) is
f(-x) = - f(x)

in case of trigonometric equations , we can say that the function eg : sinx is an odd funtion as its value in 4th quadrant is negative .
sin(-x) implies that we are measuring it in clockwise direction and its value in 4th qudrant is negative.

therefore except cos(x) and sec(x) funtion , all funtions are odd functions.
