A study finds that children with light-colored eyes are likely to have parents with light-colored eyes. Could this tell if light-colored eye is a dominant or a recessive trait? Why/Why not?

If both the parents have light coloured eyes, then the condition is homozgous recessive and the same trait will be expressed in the child due to the presence of recessive genes.
