A person has a hearing range from 20-20kHz(20000Hz).What are the typical wavelengths of sound waves in air corresponding to these two frequrncies?Take the speed of sound in air 344m/s.

speed = wavelength x Frequency
344 = wavelength x 20Hz
wavelength = 344/20
                 =17.2 m
for frequency ,20kHz
speed = wavelength x frequency
 344 =  wavelength x 20000Hz
wavelength = 344 /20000=0.0172m
