A conductor has a cavaity in it and is given a charge +Q.What will be the total charge on its surface if another conductor carring charge +Q is placed in the cavity without touching the other conductor?

As soon as the another conductor with +Q charge is placed inside,
there will be -Q charge developed on the inner surface of the first conductor....thereby inducing an additional +Q charge on the outer surface of the outer conductor...
So the net charge on the outer surface of the outer conductor will be (+ Q )+ (+Q) = +2Q
