A bird sitting on the floor of a wire cage and the cage is in the hand of a boy .The bird starts flying in the cage .Will the boy experience any change in the weight of cage?

yes if the floor is perforated, then we can assume that the air displaced by the wings of the bird wont push down on the cage so we will feel lighter.
however in any case the cage is going to feel much lighter.
